These are the illustrations that I have made for the Piórko2019 contest organized by Biedronka.
The text that I had to illustrate was a beautiful fairy tale entitled “About a prince who dared”, written by Katarzyna Wierzbicka.
This is a question that bothers many people and it’s not so easy to find the right answer for that. If you are still looking for it, it may be useful to answer the following questions.

We have recently welcomed the New Year. For many people, this is the time to make summaries, plans and the moment to set goals for the next year.
One of the tools useful in this process is the so-called dream map. It is nothing but a “visualization” of our desires, or more precisely a projection of our dream life.
I consciously haven’t used the word „goal” in this context, because that makes me think of business and the so-called SMART methodology used for goals setting, which is looking at things mainly in the context of tasks to be performed.

If you want to start an adventure with oil painting, you will need a couple of things. Here is a list:
Oil paints are available in sets or in single tubes of various sizes (the typical ones are: 37ml, 60ml, 150ml, 200ml).
If you think seriously of oil painting and know that it will not be just something to try out, I advise you to buy oil paints in big, economical, 200ml tubes, which are much cheaper than the smaller ones. As you will use a lot of oil paint, the price is quite important, so bigger tubes make sense.
Did you happen to think: „This is not the right moment. I will start it when the time is right. I will do it in the spring or in the summer, when my kids get older, when I’m retired, when …” ?
But do you really feel deep down in your soul that this moment will be better or the external circumstances will be more conducive? What if the other inconveniencies will apper instead of the current ones?
I would like to share with you a couple of tips that worked for me and, I believe, can be helpful also for you, even in the context of the other hobby or passion.
This is not neccessary of course, but really helped me. How? In a couple of ways…
First of all, attending a course means the regular activity, which is very important if you want to learn something, not only painting.
